★ How soon will the item arrive after shipping? ★
[Regular flight]
It will arrive in about 7 to 14 days after shipping.

It will arrive in about 3-9 days after shipping.

Delivery may be delayed more than usual during the busy season of mail such as Christmas and New Year holidays.
Please contact us if the item does not arrive within 7 days of the expected arrival date even though it is out of the busy season.

★ I want to correct my membership registration information ★
To check / correct member registration information
After logging in, you can check and make corrections here (MY account page).
You cannot change your email address from the MY account page.
If you wish to change your e-mail address, please register a new account.

If you would like to delete the member registration information, please contact us from here (inquiry) with your name and registered e-mail address and the text "Request to delete member registration information".
Even if there are multiple member registrations due to the change of e-mail address,
Please contact us with the e-mail address for which you want to delete the member registration information.

Within one week after contacting us, we will cancel your membership and delete your registration information.
