Necessary charges other than the product price: The online product price includes the purchase agency fee in addition to the product price.
Please bear the shipping fee of 800 yen separately. However, free shipping is available for purchases of 10,000 yen or more.
Consumption tax in Japan is not required as it does not apply to overseas mail orders by personal import.

Application expiration date: If you do not make a payment within 10 days after submitting from the order form, we will respond individually to your order.

Defective product: The purchased product is an individual import product and cannot be changed, canceled or returned after application.
However, if there is any difference or damage in the delivered product, please contact us within 7 days after the actual product arrives. We will replace it.
The outer box may be deformed depending on the form of transportation, but if the contents are not altered, please forgive the return or exchange.

Sales quantity: Please note that at the discretion of Japan Customs, we cannot handle personal imports in quantities larger than those used by individuals. The guideline is 24 or less per item.

Delivery time: Products will be shipped from Hong Kong to your designated residence by international mail (airmail) within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please take about 2 weeks after application.
If there is a delay due to unseasonable weather, the convenience of the delivery company, or any other reason, we will notify you by e-mail.

Payment method: Credit card payment is available.

Return deadline: We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products except in the case of initial defects.

Return shipping fee: In case of initial failure or wrong shipping product, we will handle it by cash on delivery.
